Hi Anon, Actually, I used exactly the same recipe, except I skipped for the chocolate topping. And I used the excess chocolate mousse cream for frosting & piping the cake. What I remembered, I baked half recipe and baked into 6 inch baking tin, as you can see the peach just fitted nicely, compare to hers that she baked full recipe into 9 inch tin.
