Recipe can be found here. However this time, I just used chocolate whip cream for the filling.

  4. Hi, I've tried a few of your recipes and they all taste yummy! I intend to try your chocolate swiss roll and will like to check if there is a recipe for the chocolate whipped cream or is that instant whipped cream? Thanks a million!

      Glad to hear that you tried and liked the recipes shared on my blog.

      The chocolate cream I used here was the combination of 50gr of melted chocolate and 100gr whipping cream. Method : Whip the cream until medium perk, then add the melted chocolate, mix using beater until well incorporated.

    Hope u can advise cos I dunno what went wrong.
    I whipped my COLD fresh dairy whipping cream to stiff peaks, then added the melted choc - immediately the melted choc harden to little hard pieces!!

      So sorry to hear that. I suspected that whipping cream is super cold .. then .... freeze the melted choc.
      Or ..... once your whipping cream stiff ..... keep whisk or beating while you slowly pour the melted choc, turn it off while it mixed completely.
