Colourful Jelly Pudding

Last weekend, I had gathering with some friends and made this pudding, which I got the idea from Happyflour. I used Red Man's Konnyanku - Jelly Powder for the Jelly with Agar-agar for the final touch.

Beside pudding, I also made Ondeh-ondeh, the recipe you can find here.

  5. Hi Reg,

Konnyaku for the colourful jelly balls, then agar agar for the white transparent. I made the jelly in advance.

  7. Hi Reg,

If you buy ready mix package of jelly powder & agar-agar powder. There should have the instruction or recipe behind the package. If you stay in Sg, you should be able to find the above brand in any supermarket. Hope this may help.

  9. Blessed Homemaker,
Yes, they are ice trays. I think Sun Lik is the best place to go, especially during mooncake festival, you will easily see this in the store. But DAISO, it depend on the stock, sometimes they come in batch. Once sold, no more stock.

  11. MH,

No worry, you can pour hot jelly solution into ice trays, it won't melt. If you worry, you can let the jelly turn warm then pour to the mould or ice tray. Then, let it cool first or set before you put it into fridge. :)
