I love blueberry and your blueberry cake looks so stunning.
ReplyDeleteInteresting!!
ReplyDeleteYou put cheddar cheese into your sponge!! I can see how fluffy it is.
This is nicely decorated and the texture of the cake appeared very soft. This cake should has a mild taste of cheese, am I right? Drooling! ;p
ReplyDeleteNice deco!
ReplyDeleteAnncoo : Thanks :)
ReplyDeleteWendyywy & Happy Flour,
Thanks. Actually, I want something light chessy go with the blueberry. However, I don't why, I still cannot taste the cheese on the cake :( If I were to bake again, I will add extra grated cheddar cheese into the cake, so it would have a mild taste of cheese. :)
DG, your cake looks so yummy,if you want more taste of cheese, I ussually cut the cheddar cheese small square and toss it in flour and added to the sponge cake mixture. I hope this help :)
